The cooking class begins late in the morning, at 11:00 a.m.
Participants will prepare traditional recipes personally selected and curated by our Chef. The dishes vary according to the natural cycle of the seasons, following the rhythm of locally sourced ingredients.
During the class, you will prepare the three main courses that make up a complete menu:
- Appetizer
- First course
- Main course
At the end of the lesson, guests will enjoy lunch tasting the dishes they have created themselves.
Lunch includes: tasting of the prepared dishes, water, and coffee.

The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery and concludes at Dattilo Restaurant with Chef Caterina Ceraudo, who brought the first Michelin Star to Crotone — and today also holds the Michelin Green Star.

Availability: every day the restaurant is open, except on public holidays and during the month of August.
The tour includes a brief introduction with a guided visit of the winery and a tasting of 3 or 5 glasses of wine, accompanied by a small savory snack.

By reservation only. For groups of twenty or more, it is also possible to arrange visits on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
